We took our magical journey to Conn. yesterday. I ended up taking another adventure to the boys bathroom. We had a 2 1/2 hour practice and then we were set free for lunch. Alyssa and I ate then went back to the bus to try and sleep. Everyone kept telling me how tired I looked all day. A couple other seniors joined us. Burian ended up calling Liz which kept me awake. Felicia came on at one point and yelled hi at Burian. Around 4 or 5 seniors yelled shut up at her. It was funny. The show itself was pretty good. The instructors were really happy with it. My parents told me that people from other bands came up to them and said how good we were. A colorgaurd member from another band told me in the bathroom that we were amazing. We ended up placing second with a score of 80 something. A lot of people were upset but I was happy. We had a really high score for the second competition and did much better then last week. It was a good experience for the rookies to lose as well. My mom was on the YEA forums this morning and someone from Waterford posted that they thought that we should have won. That was nice. On the way back Alyssa and I watched AC and discussed the plot holes (Why are Rufus and Tseng alive? Why does Rufus have Jenova's...whatever was in the box?) then I tried to sleep.
Despite being very tired I went to see The Corpse Bride with Cassie today. The movie was nothing like Nightmare but it was still good. It's a very sweet movie although it has a couple of really sad moments. There were trailers for Wallace and Gromit, some movie that is Jumanji in space, and Harry Potter. Harry Potter is rated PG-13 for fantasy peril or something like that. The vending machines in the lobby have a new set of Winnie-the-Pooh key chains. I got a lion and an elephant.
